Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will do our best to help.
Custom orders
Custom or personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Handmade variation
Because every piece is handmade, slight variations in color, pattern, or shape may occur. That is part of what makes each pair unique, and is not considered a defect.
