Yes. Each pair of earrings is handmade in small batches using polymer clay. Because every piece is handmade, slight variations in color, pattern, or shape may occur. That is part of what makes each pair unique.

Are the earrings lightweight?

Yes. Polymer clay earrings are designed to be lightweight and comfortable for everyday wear.

What materials are used?

Our earrings are made with polymer clay and jewelry hardware. Product listings will include details about the specific hooks, posts, or findings used whenever possible.

How should I care for polymer clay earrings?

To keep your earrings looking their best:

  • Keep them dry.

  • Store them safely when not in use.

  • Avoid bending, dropping, or placing heavy items on top of them.

  • Do not wear them while swimming, showering, or sleeping.

Do you accept custom orders?

Custom orders may be available depending on the design, timing, and materials. Please contact us with your idea, preferred colors, and any symbols or themes you are interested in.

Are custom orders returnable?

Custom or personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are usually prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. Handmade or custom items may require additional time.

We currently ship within the United States.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Our earrings are packaged with care and are gift-ready for birthdays, holidays, bat mitzvah gifts, teacher gifts, Shabbat gifts, or everyday Judaica gifting.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will do our best to help.

Can I return earrings?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
